Paying through credit card (VISA, Master) is available.
Bringing to our customers with the best convenience in payment is also one of our tasks. With PayPal, you will be easier to make a payment and finish your purchase as quickly as possible.
REFUND, RETURN & CANCEL
By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.
Return Policy
1. Conditions
- Time: Within the first 30 days from the date of actual delivery at your address, you are allowed to exchange your product for any reasons if you do not satisfy with the order. Please note that exchange fee is only applied if the error comes from the us.
- Only the following eligible products are accepted for exchange/return and refund:
+ The product has not been used, still in its original packaging, in the correct condition when received
+ Provide enough invoice, order confirmation, videos, photos during the opening process of the package
2. Refund Process
Step 1: After detecting an error or damage in the order, the customer contacts our Customer Service Department via email titanusmedicare.sp@gmail.com, providing the requirements documents, pictures and video evidence of the product, describing the problem encountered.
Step 2: After 48 working hours from the date of receiving the request email, we will respond to the customer about the problem encountered, confirm the status and send the customer information about the recipient to return the goods. All orders returned without confirmation will be beyond our control. Therefore, we will not be responsible for delivery costs and refunds to customers.
Step 3: Customers pack the goods, send to the shipping unit with recipient information as email instructions. Customers should take photos/videos of the repacking process to handle disputes in case the goods received are not as described by the customer. In the event that the returned item is not as described by the customer, we will refuse to refund.
Step 4: After the order is confirmed by the warehouse department, if the order has the correct quantity and quality as stated, the customer will receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service Department. Orders requesting a refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours
*Note:
- Orders can only be exchanged/returned or refunded after confirmation by Customer Service Department. If the customer automatically returns without any confirmation, we are not responsible for processing the request
- We only pays the delivery costs for cases arising from our fault. In all other cases, this cost is responsible by the customer
- Customers can only exchange products of equal or lower price. In case the customer wants to exchange but the product is out of stock, the customer will be refunded the full value of the order, including the product price and shipping costs.
CANCEL
You can cancel or change order information via email titanusmedicare.sp@gmail.com within 12 hours after placing orders. After 12 hours, we're not able to make any further changes like cancel, upgrades or changes in quantities/shipping information. As TITANUS is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!
